It was reported that on January 23rd at 5:00 PM, a 68-year-old South Korean tourist was hit by a motorcycle and injured, while the perpetrator sustained minor injuries at a zebra crossing on Phaya Thai Road in front of the Bhumibol Adulyadej Kidney Institute Hospital. Officers tested his blood alcohol level and found it to be 0, before taking him into custody and pressing charges for legal proceedings.
